Green buildings do minimal damage to environment without reducing the comfort to occupants. Besides, this process also helps in reducing cost, create better indoor environment, earn carbon credits and get brand enhancement.
Such structures ensure a pollution-free environment and reduction in energy bills through application of smart energy management, solar photovoltaic system, high performance
windows and heat-resistant paints. This space is going to witness tremendous demand in the near future so much so that our order book is expected to double by the year 2010," Singh added.
