First he set them up with the idea of growth and then went on to elaborate on how one can personally grow.
All along the way he kept the audience engrossed with humour on techies, people who are into cosmetic surgeries, modern day workplaces and bosses and people who are in a mad rush to go to the United States.
"The growth up to adulthood is natural. You don't need to do anything special to become an adult. Nature has very intelligent laws. These govern how a child is born. So growth is not just physical."
"The growth we are talking about is entirely different. It has to start with self approval. There is a saying -- atma eva atmanama shatru -- one is one's own enemy and one is one's own friend. Using this, you can be a friend to your own growth," he said.
