Indra Nooyi is the chairman and chief executive officer of PepsiCo, the world's fourth-largest food and beverages company. On August 14, 2006, she was named to succeed Steve Reinemund as the company's chief executive officer.

Nooyi's total annual package was a whopping $14.7 million, with a cash pay of $4.9 million. Stock options, etc made up for the rest of her compensation package.

According to Forbes magazine's 2007 poll, Nooyi is the fifth most powerful woman in the world. She has been named the Most Powerful Woman in Business in 2006 & 2007 by Fortune magazine.
