Apple iPhone: Check it out!

June 29, 2007
At 1800 hours (US time), on June 29, a sort of frenzy is set to hit America. Apple will be launching its much-touted iPhones. These trendy gadgets will be available in Apple and At&T stores.

A luxury product, Apple iPhones comes with a price tag of $499 for 4 gigabytes of memory and $599 for 8 gigabytes with the purchase of a two-year service plan from AT&T.

The phone has a large touchscreen, not a traditional keypad. It doubles as an iPod music and video player and is equipped with a digital camera.

Apple has earlier announced that 10,000 YouTube videos would be available to iPhone users.

iPhone is a revolutionary new mobile phone that allows you to make a call by simply tapping a name or number in your address book, a favorites list, or a call log. It also automatically syncs all your contacts from a PC, Mac, or Internet service. And it lets you select and listen to voicemail messages in whatever order you want - just like email.

With iPhone, making a call is as simple as touching a name or number. In addition, you can easily construct a favorites list for your most frequently made calls, and quickly merge calls together to create conference calls. (Source: Apple Inc)
