CONCEPT 'S': Maruti Udyog Ltd, India's largest carmaker, unveiled Concept 'S', a dazzling, futuristic concept car at the 7th Auto Expo 2004 in New Delhi.
The car has an aluminium HOHC 16-valve 1.3 litre engine and a permanent four-wheel drive.
The Maruti stand at the show also exhibited the company's SUV Jimny, and Suzuki Twin hybrid car.
Auto Expo 2004 is Asia's largest auto show, where some 960 exhibitors from around 20 countries, including country pavilions from China, Germany, UK and Taiwan and major auto players like Daimler Chrysler, Nissan, Suzuki Motor Corporation, Mercedes Benz and Skoda participated.
