It's the New year and celebs are stepping out in style -- well, some of them, anyway! Check out who's looking hot -- and who's not.
Kangana Ranaut seems to be getting her style groove on of late. Except for that big fat dated hairdo that looks like it belongs on Amy Winehouse's head, she's the epitome of style in skinnies that are clinging to her for dear life. The chic little waistcoat, tie and jacket complete the whole 'girl power' ensemble.
