ICW: Ashish Soni's blacks 'n' whites

On the second day of India Couture Week, designer Ashish Soni showcased a black and white range of designs that was a curious mix of period clothing and contemporary fashion. The lovely Madhu Sapre [Images] modelled his showstopper. Check it out!

The showing kick-started with all-white ensembles, then moved into the blacks. Seen here is a pair of roomy pants and a unique jacket accentuated by softly rounded horizontal pleats.
