Former Miss World and recently evicted Bigg Boss contestant Diana Hayden shares her fitness tips and dietary regime with us -- take a look, so you too can flaunt the figure of a beauty queen!
My exercise routine
I don't do weights. I work out for 45 minutes, five days a week. I start with stretching exercises and karate for 15 minutes; then onto the treadmill, followed by crunches, pushes and winding down with stretching exercises again. The Bigg Boss house had gym but I couldn't do my workouts there.
