It's an Indian summer for Armani in Milan

July 3, 2008
If you never thought you'd see a dhoti on an Italian runway, think again!

Guru of garments and the final word in menswear, Giorgio Armani closed last month's Milan Fashion Week with plenty of pizzazz and desi attitude. It was Indian fusion at its best, with vibrant dupattas, lehengas and other Indian outfits all displaying Armani's signature flawless tailoring.

The show opened with models striking yoga poses in vivid silks -- check it out.
