Dooars beckons nature lovers
It was a bright sunny morning when we crossed the bridge over Teesta river. Our destination was Dooars in north Bengal which is known for its natural beauty dotted with lush green tea gardens, innumerable rivers, blue skies and green mountains.
Airfare for Rs 599 and less!
We drove down from New Jalpaiguri railway station, stopping for a quick breakfast break at a small roadside restaurant on Sevoke Road.
