Continuing with the rest of the module, you may now incorporate three fresh poses. You can choose the seated forward bend or janu sirsasana, half-camel or ardha ushtrasana and the twist or Bharadwajasana.

You must also try to slowly extend the duration of your meditation, as well as the duration of the poses you have learnt last month. You should also try to increase the number of surya namaskars rounds.
