In times of acute stress, the mind-body complex gets tangled in loops of worry. Although we are required to get on with life, the mind is kept in a state of high alert.
Learning how to channelise and release anxiety, anger and stress or channelise them helps create positive solutions. Otherwise, the stress or adrenal glands become exhausted, causing a whole host of problems that can completely scuttle your health. Even worse, you're prevented from salvaging the very situation you hope to rectify.
