Corbett -- The jungle calls

My day at Dhikala, began with a good breakfast and a light chat with the head chef who narrated his real-life battle with a Sambar and how he finally ended up saving its life.

The safari at Dhikala introduced us to a tusker family enjoying a nice evening dip at Mota Sal (Ramganga river). What annoyed me was when some people in their jazzy cars behaved as if they were in a zoo. They kept irritating those animals with their gestures. They certainly need to be aware of the fact that there is a huge difference between seeing a caged mammal in a zoo and one with a baby in an open jungle.

Airfare for Rs 599 and less!

A cute little elephant family caught my attention with the pattern they followed to cover up (surround) the baby elephants, the moment they sensed danger.
