Diets from different cultures and different regions differ in various ways. Their foundations, however, are essentially the same.

Today you will read about diets from three different parts of the world. Traditionally, these diets are very healthy and show a marked contrast from each other; they differ in various ways, which show us the variety available to us. There are various ways in which we can sample different cuisines and still eat healthy!

So let's learn all about the health benefits of the Japanese Diet, the Mediterranean Diet and the Indian Diet and how they weight up against each other.
