A stunning finale from Sabyasachi on Day Four

Sabyasachi manages to top the showings at the Lakme Fashion Week year after year and this time around was no exception! Presented here is a glimpse of his autumn/ winter collection 'Sanctuary'.

Gigantic clotheslines were strung high up above the ramp and lovely little lights woven in and out of them, creating the pretty ambience of a modest home in the French countryside.

Indeed, Sabyasachi's line is inspired by "plastic farmlands and sugary brothels" as the designer himself put it -- it is his belief that life is more beautiful when it contains a little bit of everything, including elements of noise, crowds and contradictions.

Models strutted out to the strains of Annie Lennox's 'No More I Love You's', Coldplay's 'Yellow' and even Scottish bagpipes. Presented here is a glimpse of the showing -- don't miss it!

Nina Manuel kickstarted things in an electric green miniskirt teamed with a red checkered jacket, leggings and platform shoes -- very chic!
