Strategically placed television monitors played loops of Triumph's advertisements in the lobby, boosting the crowd's intensity.
"This is the most excited I've ever been for a fashion show in Bombay. I expect to see a lot of sexy, playful pieces. It's time to bring the raciness to the runway here in India," said Vidhi, 24, herself a graduate from fashion school and now working in the industry.
The show commenced with the booming bass of hip hop and the pulse of strobe-lights. Mr Allenstein spoke briefly, saying, "We are happy to announce the arrival of our international collections in India. Demand here has been growing, and this is an extremely important market for us."
