Due to lack of people, the companies are unable to expand and grow as they would have wished to. Once you get yourself trained for game development, you will instantly get absorbed and start earning a 5-digit salary. Students and aspiring game developers can now opt for professional courses in game development to enter this evergreen booming industry. IIGA offers courses of all durations starting from 1 month to a full-fledged mobile game programming diploma course of 12 months where students learn about Java®, C/C++, J2ME®, BREW®, Symbian®, Blackberry®, 2D Game Development, 3D Game Development and Game Designing.
After finishing the basic J2ME® course of 1 month, the student can expect an annual starting package between 1.8 lacs to 2.4 lacs. If he specialises in 2D or 3D Game Development, he would immediately be offered between 3.0 lacs to 3.6 lacs per annum as a starting package.
