Beat your addiction with hypnotherapy

August 28, 2007
Santosh Arora* couldn't beat his problem with alcohol. He says he tried repeatedly to give it up, but he had failed. Life had become miserable and his relatives had given up on him.

He recollects, "I had lost credibility with everyone. Over the years I tried all sorts of techniques to get rid of my habit, but nothing worked. I even tried medication. I was getting desperate."

That's when a friend told him about hypnotherapy. "I was so desperate I thought I'd try this too. It came as a surprise when gradual changes began happening in my life," he recalls.

Santosh says he has been a teetotaler for three years now. "It really sounds filmy but my life was really changed by the therapy," he asserts.

According to him, the hypnotherapist does not do anything drastic. It was through a series of sittings and meditation techniques that finally noticeable changes started to happen. Today he advocates hypnotherapy to all his friends who want to give up their addictions or habits.

Dr Sudhir Arora, noted hypnotherapist and mind control expert from Pune says, "Hypnotherapy can take care of all your addictions like addiction for work, money, shopping, alcohol, even talking and sex. Basically anything that hampers your normal life."
