The bubble dress is still going strong, like this chic-looking one from the Surily Goel show. But, can everyone wear a bubble hemline? Our style sources say that, even if you're a bit heavy on the thighs, nice calves should do the trick.
Accessory tip: These are best worn with ballet shoes or flat pumps. No heels, please.
