Big break: I first walked the ramp for a leather show by designer Hemant Trivedi in Chennai, in 2000.
For breakfast: I make it a point to have a high protein breakfast. I have 15 egg whites with a glass of milk everyday. Proteins are an essential part of all my meals.
Lunch: I prefer a normal lunch, nothing fancy. I stick to pulses. I like all kinds of dals, green vegetables and rotis. I don't like bread.
For dinner: I have one full grilled chicken. Seriously (winks). I have 3-4 meals a day.
Beauty tip: Have lots of water. Good water intake keeps the skin glowing, body temperature normal and metabolism in good shape.
Skin care: I don't smoke, so my skin tends to remain glowing and fresh. I also try and make time for a facial once a month. I get a head massage once a week, followed by a steam bath.
I believe in: Breathing exercises help keep my mind and body healthy. It's a great way to begin the day.
Sports: I play squash and swim regularly.
Exercise is: Very important, whether you are a model or not. You need it in some form or the other -- running, walking, a sport or some meditation.
Favourite designers: Manish Malhotra and Ravi Bajaj.
Maximum compliments for: My smile. And my sense of humour.
What I want to change about myself: It's a secret.
Last movie watched: Walk the Line. I really enjoyed all the songs in it.
Last book read: I don't read much. The only thing I read are messages on my cell phone.
Where do we catch you next: In London, along with three other models, where director Sanjay Khanna is starting to shoot for the movie Hum.
