Hair: Wavy, curly hair. Long time ago I had very short hair. Then I sported a long ponytail. I also straightened my hair once. But then everybody does it now, so I have left my hair natural and wavy now.
Grew up: In Bangalore. The city has fantastic weather, beautiful people. The person I am today, I owe completely to the city of gardens and technology.
His first big break: Five years ago, when I started modeling. I was walking down the road in Bangalore when a guy spotted me. He said that I had interesting features and a good look for the ramp. I did not know him then and it was a bit strange. We got talking. He did my portfolio and I walked the ramp for this brand called Warehouse. He was Prasad Bidappa.
Breakfast: I wake up too late to have breakfast.
Meals: I am blessed with a good metabolic rate so I don’t really need to be very fussy about food. I eat all kinds of meat possible. I love pasta and green vegetables too.
Skin care regime: (Laughs) Well I drink lots of water. I also take neem tablets at night. They purify the system. And Dabur Chyawanprash is a must to keep my immune system strong.
Fitness regime: I work out five times a week. I concentrate on cardio (work outs) and light weights.
He believes: It is very important to be humble and have respect for all. Punctuality is a virtue.
He enjoys: Being myself

Sports: Outdoors I play basketball and football and for indoors I love to play chess as one gets to use the head for a change.
Free time: I watch DVDs and sleep.
I am learning: Photography. The project is still in its nascent stage.
I am: Very shy. It takes me time to start talking to people. I need to know someone before I open up. But once I get to know them, I am their best buddy. I am simple guy with no airs.
It's important to: Listen more than one talks. If you always try to put your views across how will you learn from what others have to say.
Last movie: City of God. (A Portuguese film based on Paulo Lin’s novel City of God that focuses on real events in the 1960s and 1970s in Rio de Janeiro). The story is pretty racy and not for those easily distressed.
Last book: Mr Nice by Howard Marks. The book is an autobiography of Marks. (Marks narrates the days when he had 43 aliases and owned 25 companies whose main source of business was laundering cannabis money. He was sentenced to 25 years imprisonment but served six and half years at Terre Haut Penitentiary in Indiana and was then released).
Aim in life: Take one step at a time.
After the fashion week: I am taking off to Goa for four to five days to relax and unwind. I love to travel and read. I can do both there.
