The pulse of most parties are the appetisers that are served.

Every cuisine has a unique selection of its appetisers.

They even go by different names in different countries.

Tapas in Spain.

Mezze in the Middle East.

Hors d'oeuvre in France.

Anti pasti in Italy.

Chakna in Mumbai (Mumbaiyya Hindi).

Kromeskies in Russia.

And so on and so forth!

How about whipping up three yummy appetisers, a mix of grilled, fried, vegetarian and non-vegetarian appetisers at your next party?

Note: The recommendation for using the spices need not be adhered to. If you love your choice of tasty seasonings, feel free to use these over my suggestions.
