Every politician worth his Qualis is apparently fascinated with road shows these days, after Sonia Gandhi and L K Advani made it fashionable.
K Chandrasekhar Rao, former deputy speaker of the Andhra Pradesh assembly and founder of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi, sets off on a road show a day before campaigning ends in Hanamkonda, headquarters of Warangal district, in Telangana.
It is also in the heart of a region dominated by the People's War, the dreaded Naxalite organisation, which tried to assassinate state Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu last October.
