Dharamsala in Himachal Pradesh hopes to emerge as a venue for international cricket as preparations are in full swing at the town's picturesque cricket stadium for the second edition of the Indian Premier League.
Dharamsala expects to host four matches, after the league kick starts from April 10.
Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Prem Kumar Dhumal said that the state will provide fool-proof security to the event at its own level.
