Bucknor (in the picture above) shows a memento to mark his 100th Test match during the fourth day's play of the second Test between India and Pakistan in Kolkata on March 19, 2005.
He has also officiated in 179 one day internationals, with only South African Rudi Koertzen having stood in more (190).
The West Indies' umpire's first international match was a one-dayer between the West Indies and India at Antigua on March 18, 1989.

His first Test match was at Sabina Park, Kingston, Jamaica, between April 28 and May 3, 1989, with the competing teams again being the West Indies and India.
Bucknor has received the ICC's Bronze Bails awards for umpiring in 100 ODI's, as well as the Gold Bails award for umpiring 100 Test matches.
