Billy Bowden of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC umpires joined the elite of elite by standing in his 50th Test, in the fourth Test between India and Australia in in Jamtha, Nagpur, on Thursday.

Bowden is just the 10th umpire in the history of the game to stand in 50 Tests or more and is the sixth member of the current Emirates Elite Panel to reach that milestone.
To mark the occasion, the match referee Chris Broad presented him a plaque. Fellow-umpire Aleem Dar applauds.
India captain Mahendra singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat at the brand new Vidarbha Cricket Association stadium.
