Harbhajan exonerated of racism charge

New Zealand judge John Hansen, appointed by the ICC to hear the Indian appeal, had a day earlier said he would take evidence, allow opposing lawyers to cross examine witnesses, and even consider fresh evidence in the form of the transcript from the stump microphones, which had not been made available to Procter during the original hearing.
