Dhoni, Symonds top IPL players' auction

Preity Zinta with industrialist beau Ness Wadia, co-owners of the Mohali team, arrived at the Hilton Towers on Wednesday, certain about one thing - that Yuvraj will lead their side.
Whatever came thereafter was a bonus as far as the duo was concerned. And they did quite well in the auction, snapping up Brett Lee, Irfan Pathan, Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jayawardene amongst others. There is bound to be a lot of expectations from a team having such big stars.
The auction was conducted by English auctioneer Richard Madley behind closed doors.
