Yuvraj's form not a concern: Preity Zinta

February 18, 2008

Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, owner of the Indian Premier League's Mohali team, named Yuvraj Singh and Tom Moody as the captain and coach respectively of her team.

Zinta reiterated her faith in Yuvraj despite the left-hander struggling to score runs in Australia.

"I don't think we have any problem with Yuvraj. He is rocking and we love him. He is still the same player who has hit six sixes in an over, and now if he is not in form for a while it's not a big concern for us. I am sure that when he comes to Mohali and plays he will play like a Yuvraj [crown prince]," she said.

The Mohali franchise was bought for 76 million dollars by a syndicate that includes Zinta and her industrialist boyfriend Ness Wadia.
