RP Singh dropped, Pathan to play in final Test

After the humiliating defeat at Motera and Sachin Tendulkar being ruled out of the final Test against the Proteas due to injury, the national selectors seemed to have had a tough time in declaring the Indian squad for the Kanpur Test.

Pacer Munaf Patel was on Sunday included in the Indian team while RP Singh was dropped after his performance in Ahmedabad failed to impress the selectors.

Ishant Sharma was declared fit and has been included in the Test squad.
