Shoaib cannot play in IPL till ban is lifted: Modi

The Indian Premier League or IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi has said that Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar will not participate in their upcoming championship if the ban imposed on him by the Pakistan Cricket Board is not revoked.

Akhtar was banned by the PCB for a period of five years following his outburst against the national selectors, who did not name him in an 'A' list of players.
