Tamim Iqbal gave Bangaldesh the early momentum with a breezy knock of 45.
The left-hander was particularly sever on Zaheer Khan and strode down the wicket audaciously against the Indian pacers.
Tamim was dismissed when he mishit a ball to long-on boundary off Dinesh Mongia.
