Pakistan bowler Umar Gul celebrates after having New Zealand opener Lou Vincent clean bowled during the ICC Champions Trophy match at the Punjab Cricket Association stadium in Mohali on Wednesday.
The 24-year-old Gul struck in the second over of the match, with his second delivery, to uproot Vincent's off-stump with one that nipped back.
Pakistan won the toss and elected to field. New Zealand, aided by fine fifties from Stephen Fleming and Scott Styris, posted a handsome 274 for seven in their 50 overs.
