Chattergoon was bowled by the first ball he faced, as he offered no stroke to an incoming delivery that swung in to hit the off stumps.
All-rounder Dwayne Bravo scored an unbeaten half-century as the West Indies scored 255 for six in their 50 overs.
West Indies beat India by 19 runs on Sunday to claim the series 4-1.
