Indian opener Gautam Gambhir is hit by a bouncer during the first One-Day International against England at the Ferozeshah Kotla ground in New Delhi on Tuesday.
The hosts lost early wickets and though the lower order resisted a bit, they were bowled out for 203 in 46.4 overs.
