Matthew Hoggard successfully appeals for a leg before wicket decision against India's night-watchman Anil Kumble.

Hoggard and captain Andrew Flintoff bowled sizzling opening spells as England snicked two wickets in the first hour of the day.

The home team was bowled out for 100 by the afternoon session, as England won the third and final Test in Mumbai by 212 runs and drew the series 1-1.

India had won the second Test in Mohali.
