Indian captain Rahul Dravid was trapped in front for 22 by fast bowler Jerome Taylor.
Taylor took his first wicket with the 11th ball of the day's play.
Fast bowlers Taylor and Corey Collymore shared six wickets to put the West Indies in control of the third Test against India on Sunday.
