Gautam Gambhir, who was dropped from the Indian Test squad on Thursday, scored a well-crafted hundred that included 15 fours, on day two of the three-day warm-up match against England in Baroda on Friday.

The Delhi batsman scored 108 as the BCCI President's XI declared their first innings on 342 for eight.

England, who were bowled out for 238, lost the wicket of Andrew Strauss early in their second innings to end the day on 10 for one.
