Jason Gillespie, who has fought back from injuries that plagued his career early on, is Australia's first acknowledged Aboriginal Test cricketer.

Though 'Dizzy' has shortened his run-up to avoid further injury, he remains just as quick.

In the last two years, the 30-year-old emerged from the shadow of new-ball partner McGrath as a consistent wicket-taker and has an impressive strike rate of 54.73.

His best bowling in a match came in an Ashes Test at Headingley in 1997. He claimed seven wickets in the first innings and two in the second as Australia beat England by an innings and 61 runs.
