Tendulkar played a subdued innings of 22, before falling to Muttiah Muralitharan.

Tendulkar, who needs one more century to go past Sunil Gavaskar's record of 34 Test centuries, played with the utmost caution, hitting just two boundaries in his 126-ball knock.
