The Calypso King is back!

West Indies captain Brian Lara goes on his toes to defend a high ball during day one of the 4th Test against England at the Recreation Ground, in St John's, Antigua.

Lara scored a classy 86 not out as the West Indies ended the day on 208 for 2, their best position of the series.
